1. Product

The “Pro Pre-Mortem” subscription grants access to unlimited AI-powered pre-mortem risk analyses on the Ideas That Died platform.

2. Price

The subscription costs 2.99 € per month, tax included where applicable. The price may be updated with prior notice to subscribers.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date as your initial purchase. You will be charged the current subscription price at each renewal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Upon cancellation:

• Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made.
• You can re-subscribe at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the service, no refunds are provided for the current billing period after a charge has been processed. You may cancel to prevent future charges.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU regulations, by subscribing you acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately, and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
